  1. The 'singing lady' Foxy's got yer back
  2. I agree with what *Bob* says And like I mentioned earlier if it's morals vs cash, then morals can take second consideration. But to me the cash is near immaterial, it's the 'hope no one finds out' bit for ?30k That's the damage done, he's sold himself short and compromised his future position. And it's that he'll forever be reminded of
  3. So what's the headline ? OLD ETONIAN INHERITS HALF A MILLION Not exactly a 'vast wealth' is it

But if you're talking morals vs cash, then morals often get sidelined The silly 'privilege' nonsense is classist clap trap, often bandied around by those with a chip on thier shoulder Get over it, it's tedious

  8. Lunch with the FT (weekend) interview with Nigel Farage 9/10th April edition. Ha ha and bonkers, though no more bonkers than other people like him who are bonkers He croaks wth laughter. 'I love Europe! France is wonderful. It should be, we subsidised it for 40 years'
  9. Well I think as wealth increases it 'can' become less important what something costs A vest for cycling/running/yoga for ?45 or ?75 really isn't judged by the actual cost, it's wether you want it or not, and if you do you'll 'afford' it And so, once your wealth has been acquired, the way you spend it or not might be different than what you imagined before. Plus you do gain time, in that you stop shopping around and just buy the things you actually want, from the group of shops you've become accustomed to shopping in It works both ways - why look in Waitrose when your budget is Iceland. A waste of time, is a waste of time

I'm losing count I'm kinda with you ???'s As I've quite cleverly increased my wealth, I've noticed how stupid I've become I buy stuff and enjoy myself, I hardly notice gentrification and have painted my door with Little Green Co Gloss paint Where is this East Dulwich place I can't buy anything useful, I'd quite like to shop there

  16. I'm looking for the same Loz, as I don't like sharing the waiting room with other 'sick/skiving' people Is there one that shows Top Gear and the football in the waiting room, instead of that dreadful 'what would happen if you' TV that seems to be on loop in our surgery Mind you I always turn it off as soon as I HAVE to sit and wait, I just broadcast 'I'm a technician, that TV's on the blink' as I do so. I also informed the silly receptionist that 'sitting around watching TV is known to be unhealthy' when she tried to tick me off

I have the deadly nut allergy to Brazil and Walnuts, but not others On a plane I'm all for the ban, as I've no chance of being able to get hospital treatment But on a bus or in public, I just move or get off the thing And I've been resuscitated in the past, which in itself is quite the trip Avoidance is key not a law change
