  1. My understanding is that only GP requested blood tests are done at Dulwich.
  2. I had a blood test there last week
  3. We get our post from Camberwell sorting office. When our regular postie is on, we have no problems. But if he is off, as he has been this week, we're lucky to get post once or twice a week at most.
  4. Thanks I had another word with Ald Life in Peckham and they agreed to collect from me next week as I have quite a lot and I donate to them regularly. But they said that they have had to close one of their shops to use for storage
  5. Anybody know of any charity shops doing home collections? We usually donate to Ald Life, but they aren't taking any donations at all at the moment
  6. P13 diverted https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/status/?input=P13&lineIds=p13&&direction=outbound
  7. Have been using Sainsburys for home delivery since just after lockdown. On an ?80ish shop, most items are available. Only had one issue with food going out of date within a couple of days - sorted out through the on line reporting system and a credit given for next order. Also had an issue with a substitution, which wasn't suitable. Once again a full credit given for next order. Delivery guys are all really polite and helpful. Really pleased with the overall service.
  8. Anyone happen to know if Timpsons in the car park is open?

  10. Just a quick update - London Councils have not yet had clarification from TFL and Dept of Transport as to what the restrictions will be on use of Freedom Passes, so they can still be used as usual
  11. Marks and Spencer by East Dulwich station had tinned tomatoes this morning
  12. POACHED on Grove Vale selling hens eggs this morning. Tray of 30 for ?15
  13. Can anyone explain the logic of off licences being 'essential'?
  14. I have my son working for TFL on the Underground and my ex daughter-in-law working as a bus driver. I would happily pay to keep them safe.
  15. And free. Good decision.
  16. The Post Office at Camberwell Green had a 'closed until further notice' up today
  17. If you have a car, click and collect would be a good option. Or phone Sainsbury's elderly /vulnerable helpline on 0800 052 5500 and explain your situation. I got a delivery slot in about 5 days from phoning them
  18. My grandson's mother is a bus driver and his dad (my son) works on the Underground. Any measures that keep them safer, whatever the cost, is ok with me
  19. JohnL Potatoes and coffee definitely available this morning. No eggs, don't know about ice
  20. Went to Sainsburys this morning for the OAP session. Queued for approx. 30mins around the car park. All very orderly and well organised by staff. Got everything we needed, although noticed that there was no flour, eggs or pasta products and tinned food a bit sparse. Plenty of fresh veg and fruit, cooked meat products, dairy, milk, bread. Staff very good natured and appreciated being thanked when we left.
  21. Hi Not sure of the name of the nursery, but its in Wilmington in Kent, so probably not much use to you if you're local and wanting a nursery place at the moment
  22. My son is a key worker, so his daughter is still going to nursery. However, the nursery have said that if he doesn't have to send her on certain days, they will give a refund for those days.
  23. Hubby was in DKH Sainsburys about 9.30am this morning. Every till was manned, but queues were still down to the rear of the shop. Shelves pretty empty, not much fresh veg, although he reported they had loads of cucumbers!
  24. IF anyone's interested, Iceland in Rye Lane is open from 9-11am tomorrow solely for elderly customers
  25. Haven't received mine yet (SE5)
