  12. I thoroughly recommend not having kids... I am perfectly happy without... I have loads of really close relationships with kids of all ages and absolutely adore them... but 1. I don't feel the need to have my own 2. think it's a really good idea if we don't ALL have them (we already have massive overpopulation issues) 3. and... (this is a big one) I can hand them back when I have had enough and want my freedom back again Some people have said it is selfish not to have kids but I am never clear what they mean by this??? I certainly don't see myself as selfish person... quite the reverse in fact!   16. oh, womanofdulwich I know how you feel, my mum tried the Library thing (once) a few years ago, but gave up... have also thought of doing the shop online for them but Mum wants to be able to see what's on offer... she tried to get Dad to agree to move back up to London 10yrs ago... but would he... hell!! with them being so far away I really feel my hands are tied and I can't help them properly... it all feels a bit desperate....
