  1. oh, I don't know - women can be equally guilty of leering at men.... it's just somehow more acceptable....
  2. why on Earth were you reading Wales on line?
  3. ok - hands up who voted for him.
  4. "totally-faked-common-touch figure".... oh the possibilities are endless! There's a few on the scrap heap as we speak - recently available - fitting that criteria...
  5. There are likely undercurrents of secret plans - across all parties. I'm waiting for the Iraq report to see how Blair slithers out of that!
  6. oh, from UKIP too? Interesting....
  7. well, he was MEP - role no longer required.
  8. James - I'm intrigued... I'll check it out :-)
  9. Jah... don't worry - I was just creating a new acronym from your comment " It's easy when you know how" (IEWYKH)
  10. Jah Lush, don't you mean "IEWYKH?"
  11. how dare they !
  12. Oh, EA - do lighten up. Be riled, if you will... but disturbed is a bit strong
  13. EDMP (OP) Are you really an MP? Is this a good time to advertise that fact?
  14. IF Gove gets in - we've completely had it.... Worst case scenario. Dismantling of NHS (he wants to privatize it) Destruction of our schools War - no doubt - he though the middle east / Iraq conflict was a peaceful endeavor. IF the British people keep fighting amongst themselves, we will be open to this kind of false promise.... i.e that he can unite/ have our best interests at heart etc... when all the time just planning to destroy everything - he is a truly dangerous man.
  15. If....if....if....
  16. Gove - being the one who has completely crippled the education system? Oh, just brilliant. Talk about shooting yourself on purpose.
  17. I concur
  18. Interesting that there's so much focus on the shadow party. Have we (used loosely) given up on the Tories? About as reliable as our football team.....and probably share the same motivations
  19. did he actually lie about anything? if so, what?
  20. These people are supposed to be professionals, but are really showing their colours. I am just gobsmacked (no better word, sorry) by the timing, the fighting... what on Earth was going on in these upper echelons? Such shockingly disappointing behavior. So egocentric. Does no one have ANY values? Leadership would be a good start, honour, credibility, determination, Team work, tolerance, trustworthiness, usefulness, vision............. Having a clear out of such 'odds and sods' cannot be a bad thing... but we MUST be able to find decent replacements, surely. Could we actually apply for the job, as we would CEO? Maybe the pool of resources is quite limited in the first place and we should widen the scope. It seems like the 'people' have a voice, and that has scared the scheisse out of the so called leaders.
  21. Why, Tomskip - would she lose her grandchildren? Because she's moving to Australia?
  22. well, the latest movements are a kick in the teeth to traditional politics - so you may yet be surprised at the outcome regarding Corbyn. I know of people who have (very) recently joined the LP purely to show their support for him. I can't get my head round his role in the Remain campaign - have yet to draw a conclusion on his reticence to get on board.
  23. :-)
  24. did Jack Sparrow copy that look? I though he had an air of familiarity.
  25. I can hardly believe that families are turning on each other. Can everyone please delay anything they are likely to regret when they are less angry.
