Since WFH and all meals and food waste is at home, our compost heap has grown quickly. Especially as so many containers and packaging say compostable. I need to empty the compost onto the raised beds asap. Our cone/cylindrical shaped compost bin does not lend itself to being easily insulated. I'd be interested to see how others are getting on.
I have been reading about hot composters, which are not cheap, but sound like a quick way of processing our compost. Has anyone used/ bought one? I wonder if they are as good as they sound?
Ive heard that at the end of the day some places have spare vaccines due to no shows. Im not high priority but Id take my jab now if it was about to be thrown away-I can be at Kings within 45 mins for example. But I don't want to get there to be told no . Does anyone know about this? could you DM if you prefer. Thanks
Exactly, those were the days. Early 80's? Used to get a lot of older people sitting in their cars just people watching. Too frail to leave their cars but craving company. All on line now..🤔
Yes, we spoke with 2 activists today. I think covid and proximity of them meant contractors just turned round and left. I don't understand exactly, but if they take trees away from the embankment, then surely it will become unstable and slip away.?
