I wondered if anyone has successfully managed to get a prescription for monthly cat flea & worming drops or tablets from Neighbourhood vets so they can order it online? And if so, did it work out cheaper? I see the stuff is so much cheaper online but says you need a prescription from the vet to order it.

They only seem to be open Fridays & maybe Saturday when there is a long line first thing then they are closed🤔

How bizarre, makes no sense why they can’t operate from the Barclays that’s already on Lordship Lane.

I am near Barry Rd & haven't really had any problems till about a week ago when I didn't get a missed deliver note a couple of times, luckily I was able to track & book a redelivery online as I was sent the tracking number by the seller. When I tracked the parcels they were at Lambeth delivery office not Peckham & East Dulwich, which I thought was a bit odd so maybe there is some issue with the local office. On Tuesday this week I had another missed delivery & booked a redelivery online for Thursday (yesterday) but nothing came & no missed delivery card left so I have rung customer services today & logged the failed redelivery & they have arranged another one for Monday . They couldn't tell me if there were any problems at the local office only that they could see I had requested a redelivery for yesterday & that is where the tracking stops.

I think they make the prices up as they go, I've had one person charge me one fee then another charge me more (or less) for the exact same thing (!) a week later for my other cat? It's annoying that they are not transparent about costs like a lot of other vets. You never know what you are going to be charged. I've never bothered applying for the pet club because it looked like it would actually work out more expensive \0/. I email them & question everything & try to get an itemized bill otherwise I don't know what's what, they add crazy amounts of vat onto absolutely everything including supplements & food items, so worth checking online to get those cheaper.

sounds like the same guy just literally knocked on my door , I am expecting a delivery so went to answer but he was already standing in the next house doorway knocking on their door, he was holding a long metal pole with a black plastic bit on the end that you attach things to but he wasn't carrying anything else, seemed a bit odd.

if you pay by DD they don't send invites, it will get paid automatically into your bank account, they are running behind. I would just check your account every couple of weeks rather than daily.

If you report a post it goes to an error page, also is there a way of creating a profile? When I click on profile it goes to error page also
