  3. I think they make the prices up as they go, I've had one person charge me one fee then another charge me more (or less) for the exact same thing (!) a week later for my other cat? It's annoying that they are not transparent about costs like a lot of other vets. You never know what you are going to be charged. I've never bothered applying for the pet club because it looked like it would actually work out more expensive \0/. I email them & question everything & try to get an itemized bill otherwise I don't know what's what, they add crazy amounts of vat onto absolutely everything including supplements & food items, so worth checking online to get those cheaper.
  4. sounds like the same guy just literally knocked on my door , I am expecting a delivery so went to answer but he was already standing in the next house doorway knocking on their door, he was holding a long metal pole with a black plastic bit on the end that you attach things to but he wasn't carrying anything else, seemed a bit odd.
  5. can you post a photo please
  6. if you pay by DD they don't send invites, it will get paid automatically into your bank account, they are running behind. I would just check your account every couple of weeks rather than daily.
  7. If you report a post it goes to an error page, also is there a way of creating a profile? When I click on profile it goes to error page also
  8. i seem to have lost all my 'sent' messages?

  10. I don?t think they?ve done band D yet by looks of it
  11. Where do you send the enquiry via the website? Can you put a link up please?
  12. There are clothes recycling bins by Family stores on corner of Hindmans & Upland Rd
  13. Found this morning on Hindmans Rd, please message me if its yours.

  15. @ hammerman I was only talking about the large brown wheelie bin you pay for.
  16. Only good value if you have a large amount of garden waste & can afford it. I gave up my brown bin when they started charging & put what little garden waste in my green bin - it did say you could do that on the website last time I checked if you only have a small amount.
  17. @ Alec1 They don?t have Amazon lockers at the coop on lordship lane anymore, they got rid of them months ago. You have to show your pickup code or email at the kiosk
  18. At the clock house on Barry Rd
  19. I actually prefer doing the online form & the GP calling me back system. If I miss a call for any reason I just call to say that & they ring me back. Much prefer this than waiting for a face to face appointment, travelling to the surgery & then still having to wait in the waiting room for ages for my turn because you rarely get seen right on time.

Any ideas who to complain to? Eg > who in the council? Thanks When we lived top of Barry Rd by the library Conway were always drilling and digging after midnight & I used to ring & report to the council noise team - they check their system to see if the work is registered & each time it wasn?t so you need to report it that?s the only way to stop it happening & they then have to do it during the day

I personally am glad that they are protecting staff & patients.

It does say on their website not to come in unless you have been asked to. As far as I am aware this is the same for all local practices, everything is done by phone or online & if the gp needs to see you face to face they then give you an appointment to come in.
