Is... Is this the same woman asking for money for her child's sponsorship form? Identity sounds the same. She's not aggressive however she is quite persistent in her conviction. Sometimes she has children with her.... The school sponsorship form was for a local primary so I gave them a call and they were aware of her activities but said she wasn't a parent and they didn't know who she was. (Mrs W**F gave her the "cold jug" as it were at the door so she never came back here funnily enough) A neighbor also got an early morning knock at the door (6.30am) asking for ?50, she was crying, saying she couldn't heat the house because her electricity meter had run out and her baby was hungry and cold.
