  2. Indeed - it was good fun last night. Food was very good. They do a mean jalfrezi and the madras sauce "borrowed" from Darren was good also. A complimentary Brandy too :)
  3. Tony London Suburbs... Still missed.

Shame.
  5. Joe Hart, Fraser is looking over your shoulder. Not yet but sometime soon maybe. Fraser needs to be in the next England squad at least.

But if it doesn't win the Derby I'l leat my hat.
  7. I'm about to embark on a little added fun as my life is very dull. It's called Silver Treasure and he's French although he lives in Newmarket now. He's only two bless him but he can already run 6 furlongs. Just not as quickly as the other horses can. Ps. Don't tell Mrs M.
  8. Nice new pavements for Lordship Lane please JB.

You are too old to diet. It really doesn't matter anymore.
  10. I was parked outside Toasted this afternoon whilst the aformentioned SJ walked past no more than few feet from me. I wound the window down and shouted but the man was in a trance, headphones on and in the zone, thinking of pasties new. sorry pastures new, no pasties in sight.

  13. No worries SJ just happened to see you have both posted tonight and reminded me you were both on your way. We will all miss you both and of course we will care. When people put effort in and expect no reward it is recognized. It's time for us to buy you two a beer. Good luck.
  14. Strafer Jack and El Pibe are it seems leaving east dulwich soon. As guys whom I believe have both offered a lot of time to the EDF over the years I'm very grateful and I'm sure a lot of others are too.
  15. Makes East Dulwich seem cheap. Also it makes East Dulwich seem rather run down and a bit grubby. ED has some nice shops but the pavements are rickety and grubby. Lots to improve. I don't seek the higher prices but I'd like lordship lane footpaths to be a bit smoother and look a lot tidier. It's a bit sh?t to be honest.
  16. You've lost me mate.
  17. I thought ED was expensive but today went to Abbeville Road for some upmarket shopping and whilst there went into a cafe. Bacon sandwich ?6.50 New butchers The Ginger Pig had opened and we bought some basics in there. Whilst we were there a guy bought a joint of beef for a 6 person dinner party. One piece of meat.... That will be ?84.85 please sir, (no word of a lie) and after a bit of a chat with his wife who thought a smaller joint might be ok for their 6 guests he decided he didn't want to scrimp and handed over his debit card. What fun.
  18. Gove puts Self in his place and Self offers to take it outside.

  20. WTF. No way. Eek.
  21. Well hes apparently a regular on the forum so no doubt a pm is on it's way to you GG and BB.
  22. Glad to hear it MrB. Have never found it to be anything else.
  23. StraferJack Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Totally agree Jah Anyway SJ you have said recently it's not about winning so you'd be happy to drop down a few places. Good to see Arsenal top though. Enjoy.
