  1. I think the us masters is on the bbc that night rosie. Your friend could drool over bad boy Tiger without spending a penny. Anyway thats what im doing so not available for liquorish, sorry. Edited to clarify that i am not drooling over tiger. Just watching the golf. Just in case that part was not clear.
  2. Apart from anything else its great to hear Shankly - but more than anything else his real presence is like a commanding voice from the grave. And his voice must be something special for Liverpool fans to hear. I have to say his voice is special compared to current Liverpool management. An amazing presence. Great to hear these voices. Shankly, Best, Revie and Ferguson - the best radio interview programme I have heard for some time - wonderful. Stuart Hall reckons his favourite 3 as being: Matthews, Pele and Best. Mike Ingham interiews Best and I feel immediately lets himself down by saying Best did not achieve - Best interviews very well and gets the better of Ingham. Its an interesting dialogue. Stuart Hall on the other hand concludes with Best being perhaps worth ?100-150m in todays money.
  3. BBC iplayer - Stuart Hall Great interviews - Bill Shankly, Best, Dixie Dean, Revie, Clough and many more....a great way to spend an hour.
  4. ok - and I'm sure you are not alone. But I'm afraid on this forum you need to take care. Put your points very carefully.

  11. Ah HB - you assume the yoof are from the estates of Peckham. You may be right.....you may be wrong. But certaily Clapham has had a mugging problem for many years as there is obvioulsy a lot of wealth there, combined with some estates - So I was always pleased that ED seemed a crimeless place in comparison - but now not so sure...

Certainly Liverpool need more players that have the Kuyt attitude.
