Have not seen him since, apart from watching him on TV and wondering how the lucky bugger managed it. Always had a suspicion he was after my girlfriend, so didn't quite trust him. Get the impression that you might not trust yourself with him either Monica?....
  2. Possibly required viewing for some people on the forum. Tonight at 9, BBC 2. I wonder if I'm doomed. I think I need a beer to get me through it.
  3. you probably were all aware of that. (sorry Im trying to keep up during very boring tax lecture.)
  4. bbc confirm he died of natural causes. Was that already known?
  5. "FFS" - thats not like your normal nice approach anna.
  6. STS has been retired. Great horse. Leaves way open for Rip to win the Classic hopefully.
  7. i hazard a guess he will be fine for the weekend anna. Maybe limping off under instruction from rafaEven. capello cant make someone play if he pretends he is injured and i hope its nothing more than that.
  8. Dead, due to lack of interest....whilst RIP threads thrive on the unfortunate occaisions on which they are needed. :)
  9. Ok photos: This is me: B) This is the wife: :-$ Your turn.

Don't need the sex in the city though, you can have it as a thank you for the Florence advice.

Now i know why daisie's boyfriends dont last long, if thats the type of machinery she keeps in her bedroom.
  13. we are definately due some luck in the play offs sean. If it takes luck to qualify then ill take that. I have remembered the 4th team to beat us in play offs; switzerland. At worst it may be good for 2 unexpected nights out in the castle though.
  14. I think the team to avoid would be Russia. France might be beatable, they seem to have lost their way over the last 2 years, but Ireland would be big underdogs. Croatia would be tough too. Greece would not be easy. In fact, lets face it, we are buggered.
  15. STS is now 5.0 on Betfair so drifting today - hope that means hes not intending to run. Don;t think he has anything to prove (and don't want him upsetting Rip again). Am going to Newmarket next Saturday and Fame and Glory was a confirmed runner today - so will be good to see him run.
  16. Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School Trent Road Brixton London SW2 5BL But I also would not wish catholicism on anyone. These schools should not receive public funding as it restricts choice for others. Religion and education should be kept separate.
  17. I'm sure we could think of something better than that reggie (if we didn't like you that is - but we do, so you are ok).
  18. Declan Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > It's obvious from various posts by Mick including > this one that he was born Irish, wishes he was > Scottish but accepts that he is really English. Yes very good Declan. I have never wished I was Scottish, but I'm beginning to come to terms with the fact that I am likely to stay in England. Its been 20 years now and my kids appear to be English, my wife is English and I even speak the language (although Ladymuck has questioned this). Celtic as any supporter knows has its roots in the Irish community so its the most Irish team this side of the water and thats part of the reason I support them, nothing to do with Scotland or wishing I was Scottish. Although I don't mind the Scots at all.
  19. unfortunately just found the play off draw is seeded so likely to play russia france croatia or greece. Will be a big ask and the play offs have been unlucky for ireland in the past losing against holland belgium turkey and another i cant remember. But hopefully they will be fortunate this time.
  20. cmon ireland. Pick it out.
  21. its quite interesting keef. I saw it during the week. Actors not so good but interesting story.
  22. Legal - I take you point but Anti Irish racism would appear to exist and yet the Irish are you say not a race but a nationality. Anti Irish Racism The debate on race and what constitutes race is a complex issue and has moved over time. One could argue that the current understading of racism is synomous with people from particular countries rather than a race in general, anti Irish racism being an example/proof of its existence. Perhaps nationalities are sub sets of race but equally they can suffer racism on the basis of being treated differently according to the country they come from. Call it what you like but people in general understand this to be racism. As do, more importantly the authorities and the employment tribunals.
  23. its in penge now. Edwards brothers?
  24. how dare you say the scots are tight rosie. Im afraid that in my experience the english are the tightest race. The english from the north are the worst.

Bit of Italian never goes amiss though.
