Chelsea 5 v 1 Newcastle Liverpool 1 v 1 Fulham Man City 3 v 3 Arsenal Middlesbrough 0 v 1 Bolton Portsmouth 0 v 1 Hull City Stoke City 0 v 0 West Brom Aston Villa 1 v 0 Man Utd Tottenham 1 v 0 Blackburn Not done that before and never realised how difficult it was to get excited about 'Boro v Bolton. That'll be the first game on MOTD then. Sunderland 2 v 1 West Ham Wigan 1 v 0 Everton
  10. Let's see how long it takes for this to sink to the bottom....

I'm a rational logical intelligent kind of guy and I'm struggling with it. But it's my birthday on Monday, yay me.
  14. One of many answers.... Possibly a strange answer but Disintegration CD by The Cure. Even though it's not my 'favourite' album, or the best I own if you ask me either question it's the one that gets played the most. Or... Tickets to see The Sisterhood at The Electric Ballroom. They turned into The Mission half way through. Or... R790 FBJ, a 900 Diversion. I loved that bike.
  15. But he's not on. Who do I complain to?
  16. >> Let me google that for you << Who hasn't been on a messageboard and seen someone ask a really simple question that would have taken more time to post than it would to simply google in the first place? Help is at hand with this fantastic new Patronise 2.0 service. http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/ Courtesy of b3ta, and my test was... http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=plumber+east+dulwich

You probably got about as much in the way of customer service as if it had been open (threads passim)

They gave a nine year old a fixed penalty???? What advice did you give her?

I fly to Amsterdam from time to time and flew to Edinburgh this week, coming back from Glasgow tonight. My flight lands at 2150 and I confidently expect to be on a tube by five past ten. Checking in can be done half hour before you fly with no worries. If you have a commuter travelcard the journey to the airport is included if we're counting costs. DLR to Canning Town, Jubilee to London Bridge and back to Forest Hill for me.
  20. I lived there for a while, in the square behind it, and it seemed OK to me, I'm guessing it's what you're familiar with and what experience you have. Thinking on on that though would you automatically trust someone else to escort you through the area just because they're on a bike? That's making a few assumptions based on a bit of commonality I'd say.
  21. It's Spurs' year - it's got a number in it!

  23. It's a (gastro)pub in Bermondsey Street in Bermondsey, and I can confirm the food there was always excellent when we lived in SE1 before moving to SE22. Clearly we have a stalker ;-)
  24. 7.24 am? On a Sunday? That's nearer going to bed time than getting up time.
  25. So Spurs fans especially but all in general. If 'Arry's winning can we say Damien Comolli (sp?) had actually put together a winning squad then.......? Give him his job back quick, the system works!
