Here's my field report on the cling film egg: I wrapped a de-shelled egg in cling film and dropped it into a pan of boiling water. The result: a somewhat misshapen boiled egg! Without wishing to be overly critical of what is an undoubtedly innovative cooking idea - I can't see the point of it. One might as well just boil an intact egg in water - the result will be exactly the same in terms of taste and texture. It is definitely not a poached egg!

There are many well-documented cases in English Law where the prosecution has changed its 'scenario': for example, in retrials, Appeals or when prosecuting new defendants after the original suspects are acquitted, etc, etc. That is one of the reasons that prosecution and defence Summing Ups are not usually transcribed and cannot be used as the basis for an Appeal in the English courts ? they are often wildly speculative.

The short answer is: I freeze steaks when I want to flame grill them according to my own particular style, a technique that has taken years of practice to perfect.

I seem to recall that albumen and yoke have different microwave energy absorption coefficients - so a naked egg cooks from the outside inwards yielding something akin to a hand grenade. Don't quote me on this one, though.

Just to add: starting from frozen allows the strip of fat down the side to frazzle nicely without risk of overcooking the rareness out of the steak.

This only works for the tender ?top? cuts: grill under maximum heat from frozen (or well chilled) - flip once and stop as soon as the juices from a stab or cut run clear for a delicious rare to medium rare steak.

If you can't find it by name, there might be another way. If you can access the preference settings though the Adobe application's menu, change a preference and save changes - and note the exact time, close Adobe then search for any files (i.e. *.*) that have been modified in the last day. Look for a file whose time stamp matches the noted time. I hope this makes sense.
