  1. I'd rather Hull than Toon, but of all the teams, Stoke desrve to go down because of the way they play and approach the game.
  2. I got to have you back - Isley Brothers
  3. Watched the toon game on Setanta, good game, fair result. Good luck to Toon, I'd rather they stay up than the Anti Football mob at Stoke, and let's hope the perma tan Allardyce acolyte leads his team to the championship!!
  4. Denilson, I'd agree with, Diaby I'd say yes, but Song tries hard as does Nasri who is a a good player. Arshavin runs his nuts off and is a good player to boot. I didn't realise the ability to speak with a BBC accent was a prerequisite to captain a Prem side, that would rule out Terry, Ferdinand, Gerrard, etc. etc.

Such as? Adebayor has an attitude, as does Bendtner and possibly VP but Theo, Vela, not sure you could accuse them of having an attitude. Gibbs had a great game on Sunday and kept Drogba quiet for most of the game. Name names matthew. Whilst on the subject of all things Le Arsenal, I think Theo should be sold as I think he has raw pace and little else, Bendtner however has won me over. He ani't the greatese but he's a handful, as oppossed to Adebayor who's a thimbleful, the mug.

  7. Le Boss seems to take huge pride in his persistence with youth, which is fine but needs to be balanced with a touch of pragmatism. WE need to spend on quality established palyers, if we don't I think it would time maybe to bite the bullet and look for a suitable successor. Therein lies another problem, who is suitable or big enough for the job??

We started really brightly and in fairness they weren't in the game until the award of a debatable free kick. The defending for Anelkas goal was woeful, both central defenders just backed off and backed off. THe third goal was comical as was the fourth. The scoreline was not a fair reflection of the game, if we had buried our cahnces in thr first half the game would have been out of sight, but there you go. I think Le Boss need to take along hard look at what he has in his squad and what we need to bring in. For me, we need a keeper, two central defenders, a tough tackling central midfield player a la Vieira, and another striker a la Henry. Well I can dream can't I??
  9. Fcuking Stoke "Anti - football" City will be in the prem next season, I hope they go down next season, they deserve it. Anyone know the link between two clubs languishing at the bottom of the prem, namely Hull and Toon? Yes that's right, it's that cock Allardyce. Newcastle have never recovered since he was involved with them and his acolyte at Bolton, perma tan Phil, is doing rather miserably. That'll teach him to sit his players on the pitch like school kids and give it large, and to report Cesc to the FA like a big kid telling tales.
  10. Stay with me baby - Lorraine Ellison (far too shouty for me)
  11. Dress you up - Madonna
  12. In fairness and credit where credit is due I'm told Lampard acted like a true gent and simply went around all the Barca players shaking hands. Is this true?
  13. Oh I wept - Free
  14. Didn't watch the game last night as I was playing 5 a side, but I understand Chavski were the better side and deserved to win.........shame, I mean that most sincerely friends. Come on Barca.

  17. It's not what I'd call 'em, mugs.

  21. Laugh all you like Jah, at least we've been plaing in the Champs League year in year out unlike Spuds, who are still dreamimg of playing in the competition and 48 years and counting since your last title. Still laughing??
  22. Now now children, play nicely in the playground. Fair play to ManUre they were the better side and I personally was disgusted by the number of fans who left early and made my feelings known to them as they left the ground. I meet a mate who let me have use of his season ticket for the boro game and went to meet him in a pub outside the ground to return it. As they left the ground and went past the pub I was in I let rip with both barrells. It is the ifrst time in my life that I've been ashamed to be associated with such w**nkers. But my faith and love for the club will never die. As for Red Devils jibe, well let's see if you get past Chavski or Barca. Come on Barca!!!
