Basically, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER undertake a lorry. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, cycle along the inside because, for example, you intend turning left. In the absence of suitable positioning - just remain behind it - it's no shame. It's just not worth it.. I think your link is a good one to repeat every so often - it's amazing how, even amongst cylists aware of the dangers, how tempting it is for them to put them at the back of their minds when, for example, running late. Gives me the shivers.
