HELP: Reposession notice received

Thanks IlonaM, I'm a little calmer now, so thinking a little straighter too!!! Taking a calm and pragmatic approach, while my wife is contacting the bank today. Thanks for those words, much appreciated. I've also had a private message that has told me some steps to take to delay the process to give time to understand what has happened here. LTP -
OK, Just got in and opened the post and we have a repossession notice served. Not quite sure why as the mortgage is paid by Standing order, and has been for the last 24 years. We've no money problems, all was moving along smoothly, so we thought... Now I know I need to call them up and ask what it is all about, this is the first communication we have had with regard to any problems, but needless to say i'm a bit worried! So, can anyone recommend a local solicitor to assist in this matter please? Not quite sure I'm going to be able to sleep tonight. :-(

Hi All, We are a house converted to three flats, (A,B & C) each flat having a share of the leasehold. Flat B is now selling, and A & C are being sent paperwork by B's solicitor to sign to transfer the share of the leasehold to the new owner. We're keen to get our own solicitor to look this over, so if anyone can make a recommendation of someone local I'd be grateful. Regards LTP

If so I'd be keen to get in touch with your facilites people to see if I could store my bike there too. I'm starting a new job up that way, so keen to find somewhere. Can anyone help? Eric

Absolutely love the place HOWEVER their pricing code of different couloured circes is VERY challening. Yellow or orange cirles, on yellow paper, under ligths with a red shade it's nigh on impossible to work out if you're havinbg a ?5 or ?15 dish! PLEASE either list the items in price ranges, or use differnt symbols Clubs, Hearts Diamonds Spades to differentiate the dishes!

Yes that LOCAL BIG CHAIN quoted me ?479 for a set of tyres. Went on BlackCircles.com and got the same tyres fitted for ?279... Also I'd recommend Melbourne Tyres, good guys.

WTD: Some Data Input - Someone found, please ignore.

> If interested can you drop me a PM with your > quote, turn around time and a contact number > please, and I?ll get back to you. To the people who have contacted me asking how much I am paying, can I suggest you read the post again more thoroughly. Also be aware it does not give a good impression as reading info and acting upon what you have read is key to the job I am asking people to bid for. -
Try Russel at Dulwich physio therapy, very good chap.

Hi, I have some data input work I need doing if anyone is interested, which would ideally suit an ACCURATE touch typist. I have a motoring book I use for work and rather than flick through it every time to find out production dates I'd like the book's info dropping into Excel so I can run some filters to get the date I need. Is there anyone out there who might be interested in carrying out this work for me, and is prepared to give a quote for the work? Attached is an example of what I'm after. There are 5 of these info panels to a page, and approximately 200 pages to go through. If interested can you drop me a PM with your quote, turn around time and a contact number please, and I?ll get back to you. Finally I will need an invoice for this work. Eric

Jeremy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Quids... you're not seriously suggesting that > somebody with little financial knowledge invests > in this? Personally I'd want to know why the first 5 years, 1990 to 1995 have a much greater scale than the rest of the graph. That shows grown not to be as strong in those years, but if you adapt that then it will be a stronger growth in that period. Graphs, a great way of telling the story you want to tell....

Just happened to me this morning, so it has not gone away.
