It's all about how you've been brought up that matters, some with the spoon in the mouth have no common sense or understanding of reality, they copy what they see on tv reality shows, say no more............................... Could say so much more, but admin may ban me.......................................................

Window repairs (wooden and single glazed)

Rake out the old putty with a putty knife, apply new putty, allow to harden, prime, undercoat and gloss, sort of job that can be done over the course of a warmish day so the paint can dry inbetween, no need to employ a tradesman. -
See other posts about Kia cars being stolen from residents driveways in both SE22 and SE23.

Nature threatened by luxury housing at Geoffrey Road SE4
jazzer replied to L0ui5892's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
If you haven't already approach your local councillors to see what their view is on the development and see if they can get any informal insight from the planning officers in terms on how the application is viewed. Why not in addition to quoting the application number, state what the application is for, as is written on the council website, its a simple cut and past job, IMO you're not helping yourself. And NO, I'm not going to read through the current 44 documents pertaining to the application. Suggest you state what the application is for and summarise what has happened so far to gain momentum and support. ps. you need to do likewise with the title of the petition. -

may I suggest you either put a much clearer explanation about what you are Actually objecting to, i.e. what the development is that you are worried about and a link to the planning application. You may know but you need to state what it is. The clearer it is the quicker and easier it is for people to appreciate what the actually development, people don't have time to play through avid, then search an application -

Weird anonymous "war on motorists" leaflets on Burbage Rd
jazzer replied to Dogkennelhillbilly's topic in Roads & Transport
Catalyst - very good and organic -
The bikes don't seem to undergo any cleaning, are filthy from the ones I've seen today, and I wonder how often the bikes get serviced/chains oiled, brakes and lights checked and replaced, potential accidents waiting to happen on the road?? Wait till someone comes off and sues Lime, worse is killed.

I used Krystals who take the photo and give you the four photos all cut up ready to send off with the application. Dip did it for me, was really good. Make sure yo have your eyes wide open as per the passport office guidance for photo's.

Have to disagree, you wouldn't get me on one, way to heavy, would feel unsafe.

Good luck to you, seriously, however when you eventually get older you'll come to realise that whilst it was fun and quicker, the older you become, the less inclined you are to do the things you did 40 + years ago and that includes jumping on an e-cycle. And our roads are littered with e cycles, left randomly creating hazards for pedestrians and motorists, so no not great.
