Joel I would relate there actions of abstaining against Tory welfare bill, as an association. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/these-are-the-184-labour-mps-who-didn-t-vote-against-the-tories-welfare-bill-10404831.html her's the others that abstained.

I like the fact he's breaking down that entitlement A lot of politicians believe they have, he's given people postions who may not be so bogged down with old ideas. I've never felt Corbyn was lost or even cared about his title of leader and I wouldn't rule out a new leader who has the passion and fight. I celebrate those people leaving on op's link, i do not think it is a reflection on Corbyn more themselves.

Maybe once labours rid of the tories a different party may emerge. He is making change, seems to stay focused on the issues he cares about, regardless of the shite hes had thrown at him.

"Its not about that anymore" I don't understand what you mean by that. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/jeremy-corbyn-new-shadow-cabinet-8291483 I think Corbyn may not be the most passionate of speakers but I find him spontanious with his words unlike so many politicians.

Sorry to hear about your situation Ian, Lambeths housing activists are holding a mesting in Brixton Tomorrow, details on link. It's a long shot but you may meet people there who can help or advise. http://radicalhousingnetwork.org/ It used to be some councils had a list of private lets, where the rents were below or at the price housing benefit would pay. Things have changed so much I don't know if that is still the case.maybe if you can get the housing benefit to put in writing the limit they would pay, you may be able to show this to landlord. Shelter do face to face appts (lambeth) which can be arranged over phone. I hope you gef somewhere soon Ian.

Hi Aine and AnaCarmen, How devestating, I'm so sorry for you and everyone involved in your community. I cannot understand how this could happen, everyone responsible must be held to account. Have they given any dates when they will be rehousing or how this will be managed. I'm sure local people will offer help and support. I am away for a week so may not be able to add to this but just wanted to say how sorry I am and offer support. -
I find the whole thing around death, not just Celebrities, very strange, often younger people make things public without a thought for family closer to the deceased.

I think if people can let out there own hurt, whether it be through personal loss or some past hurt, that is triggered by the loss of a musician, good for them. Its social media I find weird.

There was 4 different numbers, 2 out of area calls, I might ask my son to phone Talk Talk again with the numbers, I dread making what should be a simple phone call to any provider, takes to much time, and they'll probably use another number. I wonder if the banks deal with the fraud if they do scam someone.I just can't get my head round the fact its common knowledge buf nothing can be done about it. Or maybe people have been nicked and we don't hear about it, cause it could be outside of Britain.
-
Ha ha, it seems I'm the only one that didn't know about this scam, even my brother who's never had a computer gets calls. When I checked my calls there was eleven calls. You'd think the people doing this would be traceable.
-
That's what my son says Blah Blah, he works with computers, but his brothers might have fell for it.
-
http://www.whosenumberisthis.co.uk/prefix/0020 Yeah DulwichFox definitely a scam, just found link above, 00202 numbers and out of are number Phoned me. I use my phone and do not use my sons computer, so couldnt go on to it anyway as he has a password. They couldn't have picked a worse person to scam. Thanks all the same df.

Just want to let people know, I got a phone call on Monday from someone saying they were from Talk Talk, my provider, they said there was a problem with my router, they wanted me to go on to the computer, sayin they would guide me to do a check. I said it would be better they phone later to speak to my son. I received another call on Wednesday saying the same thing.again I asked if they could phone back, I was cut off. I've just received a call claiming to be from BT, saying my internet will be cut off today as someone has been hacking my computer, they asked if I could turn ths computer on and they would go through some things with me, I said no, then they said they'd have to report it internationally thsn cut off. I phoned my son at work, who immediately got on to talk talk, they said no phone calls had been made. And no way would BT have phoned. Don't know if this anything to do with Talk Talk getting hacked, but felt I should let people kno.

TE44 replied to Mick Mac's topic in The Lounge
Thanks Loz, It seems like a mistake thats been Blown out of proportion to divert attention from a bunch of bastrds who believe they've got every right to create misery, in daily life as well as In the workplace. As for voting them in, yeah we can hold a forum Sweepie on how many will die at there hands in The first year. 2-3 yrs for prizes, whilst Waiting on the figures from them. -

Shouldn't the title of this thread be changed Seeing as Corbyn actually paid to much tax. -
