  1. Studies have been done proving the link. Can you imagine how hard it must be for these family to be Faced with the whole pro vaccine sympathy while the Years roll on.
  2. Anyone watch this documentary on channel 4 las night,It was about the kids who developed narcolepsy after having the swine flu vaccine. It was so sad to watch these children and families lives changed forever. It makes me wonder what people who believe vaccines should be mandatory feel about this. Glaxo Smith and Klines refusal to look at the possibility it could be connected with vaccine was In my view criminal, regardless of the goverment Covering them from taking any responsibility for individual claims for vaccine damage.
  3. Admin,I think the problem with keeping it real on This subject is that many people, cannot understand that although other peoples reality may Not be yours this does not stop you from understanding and respecting there views. As you can see many people feel the choice should be taken away (not on here). Opposition from vaccines is not new, since first mandatory vaccine. I can't help wonder how much Would bave been brought to light or if vaccine Damage would have been recognised without this Opposion. To accept there should be no choice Whilst so much corruption goes on is hard for me to understand but I understand the fear.
  4. Administrator, I do not believe anyone questioning vaccines would make a decision by only reading on here, what often turns two opposite positions showing no respect for one another. Im a bit puzzled at your reaction, as many people have spoken on this subject on the effects of getting childhood diseases and consequence from them. Would this not also bring up a feeling of wishing to close down the forum if a decision was made to vaccinate with fatal consequence. As some people have said this should be about Trying to respect different choices and opposite views.
  5. Eastdulwichrose have a look at case of stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, two ex Merck employees.probably best to have a proper look yourself.

  7. Kk I do not understand "There's a big need from posters here to assume things that are not occurring." What do you mean,

  9. A hospital a skeleton of what it used to be, Applications being processed for schools I hear are free, Primary care, secondary care, consultation on how we feel, Will they hear our voices or is it a done deal.
  10. Otta, I missed that from op,phone keeps cutting off. I agree can't see any connection with no vote. Saying that though I do think these programmes encourage divide and resentment, whilst real questions and concerns of the public go unanswered by this goverment, who do have the powers to help change. I agree with poster who said regardless of the aim of these programmes, some people may have a little more understanding and sympathy while others may think, they deserve to be put in a sitaution where there lucky to have food banks.

  12. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashmount_Primary_School henryb Gove had the power to appropriate.
  13. http://www.policyexchange.org.uk/publications/category/item/primary-focus The recommendations from policy exchange (link above) suggesting all primaries should be academies by 2020, shows primaries are a priority. As there are no council run secondaries in Southwark, and any new ones almost guaranteed to be academies, therefo the interest is more focused on primaries. It did not take that long to bring in the change for secondaries nor to have many people elected by us who said thhey disagreed but then accepted nothing could be done. edit to add in Southwark
  14. Yeah, its all fine sharing there ideas on performing outside but aren't they also advertising, albeit more subtly. shame they couldn't incorprate there principals on capitalism into there own exhibition and done a couple of donation only days, who knows, they might have gotta surprise. oops forgot to add this http://seedcreativenetwork.co.uk/articles/2014/10/mirrorcity_hayward_gallery
  15. I don't have an issue with others having an issue Otta, I'm only saying how I see it, it sorts warms me to think money isn't an international language at times, don't quite understand what you mean by all this stuff.
  16. Otta living in London especially up the west end, I found that people ignoring children is a problem, I kknow its differnt when you attemt to speak to someone. When my kids were little, people would bang into them, and when I tried to point it out many would look like I shouldn't be there. As you child can convey what upset her im sure she would understand whatever explaination you gave her. Its difficult when you encounter something that upsets your child but I can't help wondering why you went back to this woman after you got money when it was obvious from the beginning she was not going to interact.
  17. For a child who was asked which balloon they wanted from there parent, i can understand them being upset, but when the parent realises there not for sale, regardless of how disturbed they may feel, would a child feel the same or wouldnt it just be a case of not getting something they expected. I take my grandchild to Southbank because we never know whats gonna be there and a chance we'll see something different.I find it more creepy that we live in a society that bombarbs kids with adverts, again especially at christmas, where many parents are .disturbed because they cant afford it. of course this doesn't just apply to this time of year. My grandchild is 5 now so yes Saffron age would come into it shes old enough to be told its only a balloon, I thoughht she was selling, my mistake.
  18. http://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2014/oct/14/mirrorcity-exhibition-review-hayward-gallery-digital-age Heres a link to the mirrorcity exhibition by the guardian, I found the comments more interesting and particulary liked ananymous000s comment. I was up there today, but unfortunately didnt have enough money to get in, I spoke to attendant on door and told him about the balloon woman and how people felt but he didn't seem to involved except to say there had been a few things going on outside, and inform me, Chasing Dreams was on for free, which i have already seen (great by the way). I've gotta say I just can't see how its cruel to children,at this time especially, when children are saturated with products, it feels like a breath of fresh air to be reminded you can't always get what you want.
  19. There is nothing stopping communication between the child and parent, i'd imagine there may have been some people grateful, whos children will not accept there reasons for not buying things. and feel to keep the child happy will give in almost every time.
  20. sounds like a great interaction, especially this time of year wen kid are bombarded with things that they want. Its not an alien concept explaining why they cant get what they want, the difference here is money and words have been taken away. your left with how you or your child feel over a balloon.
  21. We were not aware either, my daughter did not want a hospital birth, nor did she have a doctor. I phoned a private midwife (although this was not an option), she kindly explained our options. my daughter was at uni at the time, I went round rather than phone and they booked it that day.
  22. i referred my daughter with the brierley, it was 5years ago though.
  23. Hi, you can refer yourself, give them a phone, they'll be able to tell you if theres space, good luck.
  24. west dumbartinshire yes, its def getting exciting now.
