  1. I went in the Plough on Tuesday and kept my flat cap on. I felt like a proper rebel but kept on expecting my mom to appear from nowhere and clip me around the ear.
  2. Doubt it. And it probably comes all the way from 'stralia.
  3. I my experience places that have any ?class? whatsoever don?t have dress codes. edited because I out words.
  4. HonaloochieB Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Look the only clowns anyone has to be scared of > are The Insane Clown Posse. I too have an irrational fear of truely terrible rapping.
  5. It is also, rarely but less rarely than most of the other broadcasters, airs programmes that aren?t written for the lowest common denominator which seems to be someone with an IQ somewhere between that of a labrador and a macaque . As an aside, is it wrong of me to think that broadcasting should uplift and challenge the populace to become better than they are and not just be an orgy of inanity piped into and reaffirming their self-imposed and celebrated cesspit of ignorance? Or am I being some kind of snob? I suspect I?m being some kind of snob. Tough my opinion stands.
  6. That?s kinda what I?m saying. If you live in a country where you can?t carry a gun, you get to live in a country where the other buggers don?t have guns too.
  7. This has bream going on a bit too long but it?s ?sardine these trying times not to skate around the issue and halibut of a laugh when all else we seem to be herring is how the world?s gone to eel. This shows we still got some sole left.
  8. I heard they caught the fellow, done up like a kipper he was.
  9. As someone who has experienced it firsthand DPF I am suggesting that bang, bang bye, bye big talk about it is all one thing but when it comes down to the fact it is a whole new world of unpleasantness and no amount of macho posturing makes it any easier to deal with.
  10. Ding-dong!
  11. It's all the arming bears that they do.
  12. That's the fellow.
  13. Watchyoumacallhim?s mate has it. Will I get disqualified for using a skateboard?
  14. The sad irony is that after he had gone about crushing any grass routes opposition Mugabe?s government actually provided a good standard of education for a lot of its population for a couple of decades. That could have been the basis for the country to move up to the next level economically.
  15. I was thinking maybe from the Plough to the Hob in forest Hill?
  16. Are we not going to run Uphill this year?
  17. Well it was the old soviets who initially built up the ZANU PF. Britain just performed the last little bit of political back stabbing that secured their legitimacy to power.
  18. It?s laughable that the ZANU PF call anyone imperialist puppets. It was largely the British government who installed them in power in the first place.
  19. By "communal idiocy of British liberalism" I mean the Guardian.
  20. Is it brand specific or does it apply broadly to all types of swaddling clothes?
  21. I?ve always wondered what the hell it actually means.
  22. Ah yes those were the days. One bullet in the robber before he put one in you and then one in the ground so that when/if the cops turned up you could say you fired a warning shot. Remind me why I don?t want to live in Jo?burg again.
  23. Funny thing is that communal idiocy of British liberalism tolerated Mugabe for over 20 years before he suddenly became public enemy no.1 a few years back. Even during the gukurahundi, his government organised slaughter of innocents in Matabeleland, nothing was said because he was a post colonial leader, running a country in Africa and appeasing their misplaced sense of liberal guilt. Like with so many sins against humanity in Africa reporting and criticising would have been too confusing for the British public who can understand Bad Colonials/Valiant Freedom Fighters but can?t come to terms with the brutality of African tribalism. Anyway South Africa could depose him easily. They won?t though because he?s a Comrade.
  24. How do you do this please? In normal speak.
  25. It?s official, long hair makes you better at writing heavy metal. http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/musicblog/2009/apr/09/long-hair-makes-good-metal I know some of you will appreciate this. Ok probably just Keef.
