  1. Note the bald head? That picture was taken when he was 2 days old.
  2. Jah Lush Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Excellent! Sounds like a double-header. Next > jolly-up should be a pub crawl.:)-D Dam right! Should we work out a route of some sorts? I would put forward the following ports of call, in no particular order: Castle CPT Drum Gowlett Inside 72 Any other suggestions?
  3. That has to be one of the most well realised comic book adaptations ever made. It is visually completely true to the comic and the casting and characters capture the atmosphere of the books perfectly. They have most of them in the Library. Give ?em a read and then watch the film again. Hmm probably more for the Movies thread that one. :-S
  4. Keith Wood He is the love child of Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood. Those guys got up to some weird shit in the 70s.
  5. He's the Raging Potato innit.
  6. If it?s crap telly then it would have to be, Phoebe from the first few series of Friends. By the way did anyone catch Sin City on BBC3 last night? Jessica Alba as Nancy >:D< and Alexis Bledel as the psycho, gun/knife wielding queen of the prostitutes for that matter.
  7. Yeah me neither. :-S Cassius, I think you are thinking of ?men who watch crap telly? rather than just men in general. ;-)
  8. No they are all way too scary on that show. Not in the sexy, will cut you up with a ninja sword way either. More in the, will insinuate themselves into your life and leave you a crushed and broken man sort of way.
  9. KalamityKel Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > R boobs not the in thing with you lot then? Yeah! ... 'n guns.
  10. I know I sound like a misogynistic neanderthal* there but I?m not really, just being obtuse. *Anyway from what we can make out of neaderthal?s vocal abilities they would have had very high pitched voices compared to us so I doubt I really sound like one at all.
  11. Come on guys. It just took that whole ?90s gen X film thing and made into a chick flick.
  12. Thumbs up on Elaine Vassal. >:D
  13. I just saw Keith Wood. Wasn?t in ED though.
  14. There's also Maid Marian in that new Robin Hood show.
  15. Sharon Stone in The Quick and The Dead. Something about chicks ?n guns. Which may or may not be slightly pathological. Add to that Juliet Lewis in Natural Born Killers sitting in the prison cell, singing Born Bad: crushes a Marlboro out with her bare foot and then runs headlong into the grate on the door knocking herself out, and you got me seriously considering my mental makeup. Perhaps I need a professional?s view. Anyone? Anyone? Gerry?
  16. that was on telly last night actually.
  17. If we?re on Tarantino characters I recon Mallory Knox would have to be the ultimate to take out for dinner and a movie.
  18. Will anyone still be drinking by 11ish? That?s probably around the time I will get back from Shepherds Bush. Ok silly question. Should have been: Where will people still be drinking at 11ish?
  19. It would be an interesting evening to say the least. Don't be a square.
  20. She's just passing the time until the sun goes down.
  21. Dam hyperlink won't work try this one. (It is todays cartoon.) http://www.mg.co.za/zapiro/
  22. This made me laugh this morning. It is from my favorite political cartoonist who is probably not that topical to you unless like me you have a vested interest in Southern (and specifically South) African politics. This should however amuse: Zapiro
  23. I still don?t know why Mia Wallace isn?t on there.
  24. I live on a path the leads a few yards off the main road to my gate. Last summer there was a guy who would walk his dog down off the main road onto my path almost every morning to let it relieve itself. He probably thought this was better than letting it foul the main pavement but as it was outside my garden gate I was not too pleased. So what I did was just go out one morning and stand at the gate. As he came down I gave him a smile and a nod and stood watching him. He looked uncomfortable for few moments and then buggered off. I haven?t seen him since. Having said that I went out this morning and there was an unspeakable pile heap next to the bins. I may give this poo hotline that the council have a call.
  25. As a driver I concur, I will be a lot less likely to knock you down if you have a flashing light. Oh and don?t wear black when you?re cycling, especially at night.
