    Once you reach stage 11 you learn the secret handshake. Stage 14 and you get to wear robes and attend the secret ceremonies.

    I would be careful of too much tweed. You can catch beard from it you know.

    Well put lozzyloz. I think you really have to weigh up the type and severity of your condition against the relative benefits and risks. As far as I know they don?t do it for the normal age related sight loss that most people develop and is sorted out by reading glasses.

    My mother had it done about 12 years ago when it was still pretty new. She had really bad astigmatism and had to wear thick glasses from the age of 12. By the time she was in her 50s her prescription was so thick that her glasses had actually worn a dent into her nose. She had it done and it was like being given new eyes. She doesn?t even need specs anymore.

    Yeah me. I can never find anything I like in M&S foodhalls. Spent ages walking around the one at london bridge the other day and left hungry. they dont' sell kebabs, guinness, jack daniels...

    The RICS is a members? body run by an elected council who make all the major decisions. The council is made up of whoever the good old boys in upper management of the major property and construction firms put forward.

    I?ve heard it is dangerous and that there are man eating cetaceans. I had a friend once who ventured in that direction. Last I heard of him was a text saying ?I?m in the dolphin.? I will take a harpoon.

This weekend I shall be trading in my car of an unconstrained imagination and a belief in mythology. That should sort out my curiosity about what really lies over that hill.

    Where do you stay? I don't know of any resident's parking schemes in ED. My friends always just park on the street outside.* *Thereby exacerbating the traffic congestion problem and quite possibly bringing down civilization as we know it.
