I overheard on Friday that TJC will be getting Pfizer again from the 16th.
  2. I had my first jab at Tessa Jowell today and the doctor said 11 weeks.
  3. I've had regular contact with Andy Simmonds on email about local issues such as the LTNs.
  4. Private Eye was one day late this week. It was also a different postal worker doing the round.

  6. Post is still arriving here but delayed. Private Eye was 5 days late, I ordered a replacement copy which took another full week to arrive.

I think that was 1990 when the P4 was moved from Court Lane to now get stuck in Dulwich Common on a daily basis.

  9. Private Eye is late for the first time in over a month.
  10. Never been offered an online booking at TJC, I was offered Rosendale Road or Lewisham Hospital.
  11. They're good at rearranging normally as they rang and offered my mother an earlier slot in February. It's my turn on Sunday for the first injection at Rosendale Road, so keeping my fingers crossed.
  12. Surge testing will be made available to all residents in the SE5 postcode area after the South African variant was found in Camberwell.
  13. Maybe they should do what The Gardens did by massively reducing their catchment area which would reduce the amount of patients they look after? DMC is another one where despite having two sites is still too big. The smaller surgeries with smaller patient registrations are better in my opinion.

So she ended up booking via the website.

  16. Those who are booking appointments via the NHS website should be offered Rosendale Road as their first option. I was speaking to a friend over 60 who had his at Rosendale Road, but his older sister had hers at TJC via the GP.
  17. I haven't been there yet, but my mother went in on Friday and gave it the thumbs up compared to the old style layout.
  18. I had a leaflet through the door today telling me that it reopens on Friday.
  19. I don't believe for one minute these huge lorries are going down Goodrich Road. Apps will usually send my cab along either Barry Road or Wood Vale to get to my place rather than use Goodrich or Dunstans Road as a shortcut.
  20. While I understand why Day Lewis is moving to the TJC to ensure they scoop up custom from the surgery that also moved there, it is another massive blow to trade on Melbourne Grove with the passing footfall who have carried on walking along Melbourne Grove since the road closure.
  21. My mother received a letter from the bank on Friday posted a month ago.
  22. In Dulwich Hill Ward it's 13, Dulwich Park and Herne Hill is 7. Overall Dulwich is now below average for Covid cases.
  23. My mother had hers today in Rosendale Road, West Dulwich which was in a former hairdressers which still had the fixtures used as individual cubicles. Very fast and efficient with a friendly nurse who did the vaccination. AstraZeneca was the vaccine used there.
  24. My mum (69) got a letter a week or so ago and is having hers done in West Dulwich tomorrow rather than at TJC which I think is GP referral only.
  25. I'm a carer for my mother and she'd have to call the surgery for a repeat prescription of a controlled drug, but now it's all done online using electronic prescriptions. There was one time down Lloyds where they had to call the surgery to confirm a prescription, but since they stopped issuing the green prescription scripts, it's a lot less hassle.
