It's no longer the charity bus, they changed it so everyone has to get on the front door and exit from the other two doors in March.
  4. An elderly person recently asked about going to the front and was categorically told no. Even the Elderly/Vulnerable queue on those allocated days can still be in the queue in Edgar Kail Way. Personally I'd try early evening after 6pm when it's likely for the queue to be shorter. I would say though that although I was queuing today just as you enter the car park, the queues are faster since the one adult policy was introduced.
  5. The queue went back into Crystal Palace Road at 3.30 today.

I've seen NHS staff from Kings and Maudsley use their staff passes to gain access to the store.
  7. I've found the lone adult rule helps in speeding up the queue. I went at 2.40pm, had to queue in Edgar Kail Way, but was allowed in 25 mins later. Fortunately the nice weather doesn't make queuing that much of a chore and people are keeping more than a 2m distance, especially in the car park. I was able to get cleaning products for the first time in ages today, but the tinned food is still sparse and and there is some pasta. Not much mind, but better than recently.
  8. From Friday 10th April, as part of a two week TfL trial to increase bus driver protection from COVID-19, passengers on routes P13 and 484, along with other bus routes operated by Abellio's Walworth bus garage will only allow passengers to exit and enter using the rear door only. During this trial, passengers won't have to touch in using Oyster or Contactless.
  9. TalkTalk here is fine.
  10. Certainly had no issues buying loo roll at DKH or Forest Hill since the weekend.
  11. Superdrug has closed the LL and Forest Hill stores, so they're no longer a target.
  12. Sainsbury's Forest Hill now has a one adult policy. They also are giving each customer hand sanitiser on their hands as they walk in.

The chap supervising it today was letting in groups of 2 to 4 every 3/4 mins from what I could see. Despite this, there were still pockets of busy aisles and the queue for self service tills is longer because they're the only tills accepting cash now.
  14. They were nearly fully stocked with loo roll this afternoon. Queuing was around 15 mins from the nursery to the main entrance.
  15. The queue at Forest Hill Sainsbury's wasn't as long if all you want are a few things.
  16. The queuing was a lot more quicker at 3pm. I waited 10 mins to get into the store, but when I left, the queue was back to the nursery.
  17. When I went on Tuesday afternoon, they had some Andrex loo rolls at the front with two staff members supervising. Like Saturday, there was more stock than the previous week with plenty of fruit & veg, an improvement on cold meats and mineral water, there were sufficient small loaves left, but the standard loaves were low. Cleaning products, other loo rolls and tinned food were still low.

  19. Sadlers opposite Dulwich Library still had Paracetamol for ?1.50 on Friday. No hand sanitiser though.
  20. Like others, I went into DKH Sainsbury's this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to see plenty of fruit and veg and chilled ready meals today. Was able to purchase bread (3 sliced loaves left at 3pm) and loo rolls. I could see the bakery had put in a lot of effort to bake bread in addition to the prepacked loaves on sale. There was a paramedic who was struggling to get fresh meat though to cook for the ambulance crews today, but it was a vast improvement than over the last three weeks.
  21. I ended up going to Sainsbury's in Bell Green today, they seemed a bit better than DKH over the last week, but couldn't get bread or toilet rolls. Forest Hill was down to their last Kingsmill No Crust loaf this afternoon. Local on LL had no bread or loo rolls.
  22. Going by staff advice I received at DKH, they suggested coming in around 10.30 when the rush is over and there's still a minimum of stock. However staff are shelving throughout the day as I've witnessed.
  23. Blackbird is card only too.

Agreed, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express have been a lot better for fruit for example.
  25. DKH had hand wash for the first time in the afternoon for at least two weeks. However I saw a customer buy five with no restrictions at all.
