Aston and his colleague Steve came round to do a number of jobs again for us - fixing a door that kept sticking, filling inbetween some paving slabs, converting our son's cot bed into a bed...they're just fantastic; super professional, friendly, and the work is just brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - if you need something doing well Aston (and Steve) are your guys!
Very impressed with Aston. Got his number from this forum. He responded quickly to my text and I sent him a spec for the job and photos. (replacement toilet seat and cover in WC). We arranged time and date quickly. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and correctly. Work organised and completed within a day. Price very reasonable. Definitely recommend Aston. Thanks for a great job. 07490 947355

Have used Aston a couple of times now and always been very happy with his services.

Most recently he built our two young sons triple bunk bed from flat pack. Did a brilliant job, in good time too.

No fuss, very professional and definitely recommend for many different jobs you may need doing.

Aston and his colleague replaced some broken tiles and installed a kitchen unit and worktop for us. They did a very neat job and left everything clean and tidy. They were friendly and polite. Very happy with the work and would use their services again.
After reading all of Aston's great reviews we hired him at our house to build some custom shelves in our wardrobe and also in our pantry, as well as fix a broken drain pipe. All done in great time and with a lot of care, they look immaculate. He's a lovely guy, who does great work, we will definitely hire him again.

I was very pleased with Anton's work at my house, and he's a lovely guy too, so I would highly recommend his services. He did everything I asked, hanging pictures, putting shelves up, and he was careful to ask exactly how I wanted things doing, to make sure I would be happy. Which I am!

    • Or increase tax.  The freezing of personal allowances is one way, not what I would choose.  On principle I don't care if the rich immigrate.  The main parties could have been more honest before the election.  Reform is deluded.
    • I edited my post because I couldn't be sure we were talking about politicians and I couldn't be bothered to read it all back. But it was off the back of a thread discussing labour councillors, so it went without saying really and I should have left it.  What I said was 'There's something very aggressive about language like that - it's not big and it's not clever. Some of the angry energy that comes from the far left is pretty self-defeating.' (In relation to a labour councillor rather immaturely, in my view, wearing a jumper that read 'fuck the Tories').  But I don't recall saying that "violent rhetoric" is exclusively the domain of the left wing. So I do think you're taking a bit of a bit of leap here.
    • You literally just edited your earlier reply to remove the point you made about it being “politicians”.  Then you call me pathetic.    I’m  not trying to say you approve any of the ugly right wing nonsense.  But I AM Saying your earlier post suggesting  violent rhetoric being “left wing” was one-sided and incorrect
    • I never said that. Saying I don’t like some of the rhetoric coming from the left doesn’t mean I approve of Farage et al saying that Afghans being brought here to protect their lives and thank them for their service means there is an incalculable threat to women.    Anything to score a cheap point. It’s pretty pathetic.
