Not so. They can't be idiots either as they are showing the World Cup on big screens at The Capitol (a Wetherspoon pub) in Forest Hill.

I thought that about Wetherspoons - til the last world cup when the Wetherspoons I was in suddenly unveiled an absolutely huge screen - from nowhere. It seemed it had been built into the Wetherspoons - but never used (except in football emergencies obviously).

And heaven help us if they ever formed a government. It's incumbent on Labour to come up with an effective  policy to "smash the gangs" otherwise we are facing Farage and his gang further down the road.
    • It feels like it might be an extension of the summer water bombing spate. The sad thing is this could really put off some visiting the park. I really hope the council seriously consider putting some of their huge parking surplus to funding a serious and permanent warden and police presence in the park; it is needed.
