Sorry, hopeless at providing links, but I saw Norman Wisdom when I was a teenager (many moons ago) and I laughed so much I literally fell off my seat. He was sublime as a live performer.

Didn't Bob Monkhouse attend Dulwich College and his grandfather owned most of Forest Hill?
