Pram Thieves

Be on the lookout for pram thieves !! Had mine stolen from my front garden on saturday night.... Then caught two guy's lifting my neighbours one 7.45 this morning, shouted out to them with which they replied it's broken although nowhere near the bins, they were driving a red pick up.

Thanks for the warning but I have to ask, why would you keep your pram in your front garden? I wouldn't leave anything of any value/use in my front garden?

i left a pink bucket in my front garden and it got pinched!!

I foolishly left it outside not contemplating that within hours it would be pinched. Maybe im to gulliable..lesson learnt !!

my son literally put his little yellow watering can down on the front drive and left it for 10 mins...and it was pinched! Bless he saw someone walking up the road with it and chased them saying "that's mine, that's mine" (he's 3 years old!)

Sledge, that's so mean! Poor little boy!

When we went to see the a nursery on Lacon Rd, we saw a few buggies parked outside. We were told that there was no space inside so they were left there all day!

these sort of antics can work in ones favour you know.

I had a rusted bike with deflated tires and left it out last saturday night hoping someone would pinch it and i wouldnt have to go to the tip with it.

We have left loads of junk in our yard and 90% of the time it goes, saving lots of trips to the tip!

i had a bike stolen that i hadn't ridden for over a year - it was rusting away with 2 completely flat tyres so needed a lot of work (plus some kids had tampered with the nuts n bolts presumably to try and get the wheels off - this was before they went flat!) - the thieves cut through my lock, the bike was in the flats' communal garage... amazing what people will steal - usually when you least expect it!

Not strictly pram related, but having just bought these plant pots off a very kind ED Forum member, on Saturday. I left them slightly hidden in my front drive on Solway Road, alas not hidden enough, as they were pinched last night. If anyone has spotted Bill and Ben running around with them, would you let me know?
