Ianr - in squatting cases it's usual to take possession against 'persons unknown' - you can then evict whoever is in the property when the bailiffs arrive if another group have taken up occupation. Squatters won't give their real names anyway - we recently evicted a number of squatters from various properties and we are now finding utilities bills in the properties to John Malkovitch, amongst others.

My parents have delayed the IPO, or whatever stage their at, so the court case has been deferred indefinitely

They will pick things up again if the squatters come back but it's a cold building site now with no running water

We know they've been back cos their bed, which we'd put in the hallway, went over the w/e

We have screwed in bars across the window so there was no way of getting in now

    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
    • Wholeheartedly recommend Aria. He was polite, responsive and sorted our leak, from an old tap on an old plumbing system, with no bother and on same day.
