Hi,

I'm a first time mum due 20th Oct at Kings. I'm working full-time but finish this Friday (woohoo!) so would be up for meeting other mums-to-be for coffee / drinks / a stroll in the park.

Is it possible to be added to your distribution list? My mail is [email protected] and my name is Teresa.

Hopefully meet some of you soon :)

hello

I am due in 27th Nov but I have a feeling the due date is not quite right a few days out. Has anyone else came across this problem with due dates?

p.s. I wouldnt mind being included in the emails :) [email protected]

thanks

hi mum2besoon

Based on my LMP, my due dates were just over a week earlier than my EDD based on gestational size. Given both dates involve some element of guesswork, I wouldn't worry too much about them. Ive been told first time mums are usually late anyways...

i've added you to email list. There's usually a weekly tues meet up at Actress around 7.30-8pm and those who can make it, just turn up. There's also a one off catch up on bank holiday Mon 29th Aug at 12pm at Green & Blue

hope to see you soon!

xx

  • 4 weeks later...

Hello!

I am a late entry into the Autumn babies gang, so hope thats ok, first baby is due on 24th Nov, and I know some people from my NCT class who mentioned this thread/group. I would love to join please!

Think there is a regular meet up at The Actress? Is that every tues eve or just randomly arranged?

Thanks

Hi ladies,

I've recently had a baby (well in May so she's 18 weeks old now!) and I've just started a new Mummy beauty blog with lots of tips to help you get through the first few months. It's called www.mummyliciousbeauty.co.uk, and it'd be great if you could check it out. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancies, you're in for the most amazing time, being a new Mum is fab!

Hello Autumn Babies Club,

I'm a very late entry and new to the area, I'm due on 23rd October. I met a friend for a drink in the Actress last night and started talking to another lovely pregnant lady who told me about the Autumn Babies Club on the ED forum. I'd love to be included in your meets...

    • I haven't had a rude EVRI delivery but last week I had an unexpected delivery at 10.42 pm. He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door (or rattle the letter flap) but just took a photo and put the box down.  If it hadnt been for the door camera giving us a beep we would never have known there was a parcel ready to sit there all night.

    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
