It's like a fairy tale. The Pink and Blues get turfed out, they move to an alternative ground, they win the league, they are promoted, they are allowed to returned to CH, and they win on their first match back at home to a crowd of 3,000. Well fought and long may you continue. (tu)

It was a quick mention of the club's return and the 2-1 victory.

The next home game is tomorrow (Saturday) at 3pm against Slough Town. Another big crowd is expected, so get tickets in advance from here and save queuing:

It's sooo long and I am on. My way to work so can't read it.....can anyone possibly post a summary of the court one? I worry that the grounds are no longer available for charters use. Also do the new residents now have rights to complain and close it down since the club hasn't been there for 8 months, creating some sort of loophole In the current law.

Yeah they need more space. I was there a few weeks ago and it was jam packed so I'd like to know how they could find any more space. It's going to be a put off if people are being turned away especially now as fans are coming from far and wide.

You can purchase a half season pass and will always get in.

How does that work then. Do you get allocated a set seat now, if so that would be great?

And Bodsier, seriously?

Looks like the estate has received invitations - we got one on Buxted Road. The website has very little information and I wouldn't expect much from the exhibition - too early in the planning process to have much detail I'd have thought.

Exhibition might be a chance to ask Meadow how they will address concerns from earlier failed planning applications.

    • Regarding the Ring doorbell have a look at the information on the Information Commissioner's website: https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/home-cctv-systems/ There has also been at least one legal case regarding Ring doorbell and cctv cameras, Fairhurst v Woodard, link to a law firm article on the case: https://www.nelsonslaw.co.uk/ring-data-protection/ Regarding noise and shed issues, can you speak to someone in the Southwark Leaseholders' Team?
    • In answer to your question Pugwash, the variety of foods that they offer both in canned goods and fresh. i personally no longer am a Sainsbury customer after years - feel that the quality of both their fruit, veg and fresh products ie meat, chicken, fish is not of a quality that they use to be. Agree with Sue that Co- Op does not make for a pleasant shopping experience.  On the subject of Waitrose not coming to ED - one can only assume that market research has been done by the company which makes it a non starter which, when you think about it is strange as all the big contenders are here.. Perhaps the powers to be have never heard of ED!! Maybe a Lidl or Aldi will rear their heads but somehow can’t see it as space is way to small. Really is strange that Waitrose is a non arrival - never ceases to amaze me how many eateries are in Lordship Lane alone and the majority all survive.
