They are SO friendly - have been going there for years. I heard recently Tesco may buy him out - we can't let this happen!!

Buy him out! To put a tesco on the opposite side of the road?

Yes - a small one. I thought it was weird to but they want to do. Tesco is taking over!

The guy on grove vale by the tyre shop is far and away the friendliest newsagent around. Never fails to greet you as you walk in and for that reason alone I go out of my way to get my paper there.

At my end of Lordship Lane the one opposite the Harvester is run by a lovely family. Always very friendly.

I'll second that Jah, I also use that newsagents and they're always really friendly. In fact, I owe them 10p. Must pop round with that, or maybe they won't be so friendly after all....:)
