And it goes without saying I wouldn't be happy for either of these two to win anything at all.

Many thanks for your support Anna - and you are right about Torres!

Dont get me wrong Jah, I'd love Spurs to win the CL. The only thing thats wound me up this season is the way the fans have often talked like they're old hands at being a top team, rather than on an exciting journey on the way up. Dont know what it is about Arsenal, but I just never get excited about them these days, I preferred the team of the late 90s as they were exciting. Yes Arsenal play great football, but it's somehow too clinical for my tastes. Still, I'd rather them than United or Chelsea, especially given the latter's recent signing.

His attitude was appalling. Funny how he always seemed to score against Chelsea isn't it. If I was Roy Hodgson I'd be really pissed off because he obviously didn't want to play for him.

Well you two experts are both wrong. He didn't come from Benfica.

Obertan has decided it's easier in France.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
