Some think Liverpool's longer term decline has been down to successive poor managerial appointments.

Interesting now that Liverpools's last three managers are either recently sacked (Rafa) or possibly about to be sacked (Hodgson and Houllier).

Next up Frank Rikjard, if you believe the bookies.

Felt very sorry for Roy Hodgson on MOTD tonight though - he looked very sad and under a lot of pressure. Maybe he is best to start a fresh elsewhere.

Seems like United are being handed the league. It is, of course, early days but I can't see past United drawing their way to the title. Great results from Arsenal, Chelsea, City and Spurs and Liverpool's troubles are just the icing on the cake. Sorry Anna and Keef but I'm sure the feeling would be the same were the roles reversed.

With all the money that Citeh have spent on the squad of players they have, you'd think they'd show some ambition wouldn't you? As Mourinho once famously said, they came and parked the bus. If I were a Citeh supporter I'd be embarrased by last nights performance. Ok Silva, and Balotelli didn't play, but haven't they got enough talent in the squad to challenge for the title? I don'y think they have.

I'm confident we'll turn the Mancs over when they come to us, they are not the side they were. I think we have a very good shout of winning the title, but we'll see. Bye bye woy, cheers Everton, and get in Wolves. Of the aforementioned teams I only have sympathy for Liverpool. Stevie G missing a penalty, are you sure????? If you fancy a move Stevie, we'll have you!!

I wonder in what sense the 'Mancs' are 'not the team they were'. I mean I guess we haven't been unbeaten this far into a season for a long time. I guess we haven't been this many points in front with games in hand for a while but I don't get it. I suppose we'll have to wait for the footballing lesson from Arsenal, the same Arsenal we beat last month and the same Arsenal that's lost three games at home this season already and to the likes of Newcastle and WBA. ;)
Put quite simply Mancs have ridden their luck, principally against Stoke, WBA, and got a lucky goal against us. Lets see how good you are when you come to our place. Rooney has scored one, count em, one goal in open play since March 2010, and he is being paid how much? Mancs haven't won the title yet and won't you look silly if you don't after leading the way. Mind you, Chavski also were clear leaders at one point and look what happened to them. Don't get too smug just yet.

But EC, that's the worrying thing about Man Utd this season. They've been playing pretty badly and are still unbeaten but over Xmas have started to look like a title winning team and are getting into gear. Now that Rooney has broken his duck and has an in form Berbatov for company they are looking like the bookies favourites for a reason.

Arsenal were excellent last night though, and how they didn't score is a mystery. I'm rather worried about my trip to the Library on Sat for the FA Cup.

Look like a title winning team? I don't think they do. They've been lucky and that run will come to an end, hopefully by somone taking a dive in their penalty box to earn a penalty which is converted in the same way Rooney went over like a sack of sh*te when we were on 49 unbeaten run and hopefully knock the smugness out of them.
We'll probably look as silly as Arsenal did when they threw away their Big lead in 1998-99. I'm not smug I was just saying I didn't understand your point. IRS a long way to the end of the season. Rooney is off form and has been for a while, that's not news, as usual we have other goalscorers in the team so it's no great worry. It'll just be a bonus when he gets a bit of form. We'll see, eh.

*yawn*

You're not smug? Ok then, just boring, as your persistent use of the yawn thing demonstrates. Remind me, how much do you pay Rooney again? Obviously not enough to motivate him to score more than once from open play every 10 months eh? You'd be better off not rising to the bait cast for you, as you really do bite big time. Same old Mancs, and before you say it "Yawn"

You must be very hungry as you're biting far too easily, it's no fun having banter with you, you're too easy, just like the women Rooney shags. Boom boom (no pun intended)

Same she can't spell it eh? Have you both got the hump because your respective sides lost last night? Never mind. Could've been worse, you could've been playing Citeh.

    • Nadia did a great job tidying up my very very overgrown yard. (See the before and after photos). I live in New Zealand and my tenants said a neighbour has been complaining about the out of control ivy. Nadia was easy to contact so over WhatsApp, managed to liaise between me and my tenants. Her quote was reasonable for the amount of work that needed doing, and the end result is great! She sent photos throughout so I could track progress. Would highly recommend her to others.
    • My car was stolen a few months back from my driveway but I had a tracker and found it in a private car park in Lavender Hill close to the police station. I was lucky. The thieves hide it up against that eventuality. High spec cars are targeted I'm afraid. The way it was stolen required the thieves to wire in their own computer accessing a front light (which had had a metal sheet welded across which they prised off). They had searched for a tracker but not found it. They also had to cut away a steering wheel lock. They had to come well tooled up and briefed to do what they did. Beating them off is non trivial. As I said, them not finding my tracker was just lucky.
    • Been with The Gardens now for around 30 years and very rarely do I have a problem. I went in to collect a form and mentioned that my leg was hurting and hot- was seen immediately by the Practice nurse who then arranged an appointment on the Saturday with the Extra care service at TJ Centre where I saw a doctor, who then sent me off to Kings for further tests.. I recently booked a flu jab but appointment is in 2 weeks.
    • Have used Milk and More for years. When the price went up we cancelled a couple of pints but we still have 8 pints a week. If we are expecting family etc we buy from Sainsburys to top up. We kept on with M & M as if weather bad we could order extra stuff from them to save us a trip to Sainsburys Local. Also gives employment to our milkman.
