Lindsey<3
I attended one of nicolas sleep seminars a little over a week ago and it was excellent! The techniques she told us about really do work!!!My little girl wasn't getting to bed till AT LEAST 11.30pm and waking up at 6 the LATEST....She now goes to bed at 7.30 every night and is asleep by 8pm!She may still wake up once for a feed in the night (she's jst turned 6months and isn't fully weaned) but she wakes up around 6.30am-7am which is a great deal better than beforePLUS she's napping for longer periods of time during the day too :)I highly reccomend this sleep seminar!!! Polly D
Did a seminar happen? How does it work, do we need a certain number to attend for Nicola to put one on? childsleepsolutions
Hi Polly, it's Nicola here. Generally parents gather a group of people and then approach me so we can work out a date to do the seminar. It costs ?25 per person and is free to the host with a minimum of 5 paying attendees. Hope this helps, Nic Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/22655-nicola-watson-child-sleep-solutions-sleep-seminars/#findComment-636890 Share on other sites
