Administrator Administrator Posted February 26, 2007 Administrator Share Posted February 26, 2007 Registered users: On the list of topics, ones which have new messages in since your last visit have new next to them. Now you can click on new and it will take you to the first new message. We hope you find it a useful feature Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/235-new-feature-clicking-new-takes-you-to-the-first-new-message/ Share on other sites

DirtyBox
Could I suggest an additional feature that I find particularly useful in the VirtualNorwood forum? There is a link called 'New Posts' that shows all the topics that have had posts since your last visit. Administrator Administrator Posted February 27, 2007 Author Administrator Share Posted February 27, 2007 Hi DirtyBoxI'm not sure how this is different to seeing all the topics with new next to them? This show all the topics that have had posts since your last visit (with the added benefit that now you can click on new to go straight to the first new one in the thread). Administrator Administrator Posted March 6, 2007 Author Administrator Share Posted March 6, 2007 And now something else. When you send a Private Message the message is now automatically saved in the sent items folder, annoyingly it didn't save them before but now it does. OldTimer
red - not visitedblue - (you have clicked the new link already) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/235-new-feature-clicking-new-takes-you-to-the-first-new-message/#findComment-4795 Share on other sites
Mark
it seems to be blue if you have clicked new, visited the page, and then pressed the back button. Pressing the back button doesn't refresh/reload the previous page. Refresh the page and the news disappear.
