Definitely David. My wife has just watched the first 2 episodes, and I felt the need to reassure her that the first series (only 7 episodes) is like an extended pilot. The story stretches out much more from series 2 onwards, and some great characters are introduced.

love love love Breaking Bad. Watched all 5 seasons (well up to season 5 episode 4) on NetFlix over Xmas. The guys that play Walt, Jesse and Gus the chicken man are fantastic actors.

watched episode 8 of season 5 yesterday and it was a real cliffhanger! Now I have to wait until the summer for the 2nd half to be aired. Grrr

It's a bit nerdy. But I've just bought my own original "Better call Saul!" T shirt. It features the man himself, with wireless phone headset and socks, and a snail trail of randoms in neck braces behind him.

He is one of the best characters by far.

Really enjoying my second time round. Now half way in to season 2. Seeing the characters differently, with the advantage of hindsight. Didn't notice it so much first time round, but it's pretty scary how quickly Walt starts letting his morals slip in order to justify his actions.

I don,t you're that far behind. I mention it to many of my mates and they look at me with a blank. It's only available as downloads, Netflix etc and hasn't been on any of the major networks to my knowledge (and amazement), but I may be wrong.

It used to be on 5 or 5USA, which is basically why I ignored it initially.

It's brilliant. I've finally convinced my boyfriend to watch it so am watching it over again. There are so many subtle hints throughout which just totally pass you by the first time you watch it.

Brilliant tele.

Although, part of me thinks they should have stopped at season 4.

Are there spoilers on this thread? I'm still only at the end of series 1 ! so avoid reading the thread to avoid reading something that will ruin it for me. But I'm getting into it a bit more now, although only watch it on way to work on netflix on my phone as only me interested in it so it will take a while.
