So the basement is purely storage at the moment, which is why customers won't have seen it. I may be wrong but it sounds like Mirash to me.

Does sound worryingly like the Mirash to me - would be devastated to lose it -in there at least once a week. Big loss to ED I suppose may have to venture into one of the more trendy curry houses.

You couldnt sit 12 infront of the Mirash, I dont think that the frontage of the Mirash is 19' wide, I dont think that it is 5'6'' deep and the access to the cellar is at the back of the Mirash not the front as stated in the advert.
