for those of you interested in Power Pramming the Peckham Rye park session is on Mondays at 12:30 (not 11:30 like I told some you last week - sorry!). I am going along today so maybe i'll see you there?! If you fancy it you just turn up outside the cafe just before the session starts, no need to book.
