I'm on my way back to Peckham from swimming- I'll head to the cafe in Peckham park for lunch if anyone wants to join me. I'll be there at about 1. Then maybe see some of you in the park for walk/soaking up the sun :)

Can head to the picnic no-dogs area after lunch, if it's not too waterlogged!

Been struggling to get Rebecca down for a nap and still babbling away so looks like I may miss you guys. If she has a short one I'll venture out and see if you are still around. Otherwise if anyone fancies a Coffee or walk this afternoon let me know. Laura and Rebecca x

Hey ladies!

So we have finally hopefully sorted out a date for our next night out.

Friday 21st march - probably somewhere on lordship lane ?

Hopefully this is good for all as it was really fun at Christmas and being a Friday means most of us will get some help with the babies the next day! Steph and Laura would be great if you can join us?

Have a good weekend,

Hannah x

Hello everyone! I hope you don't mind me writing this late but I just discovered this thread and I would love to meet other mums in Peckham Rye/East Dulwich - I live off Bellenden Road. I am due on 12th March (not long!) so I could come along alone or with the little one when she arrives. If anyone is going for a walk or meeting for a coffee anywhere, I would be happy to join in. Hope to meet you soon! Valeria
Good evening all, so how about we meet from 1:30 at one o clock club at red hut next to peckham rye cafe tomorrow, followed by a wander in the park then perhaps a spritzer at the Herne or clockhouse?! We better make the most of this spring weather. Who's about? Nat & Rosie xx

    • There was something to do a with a gate in the Brockwell case, I can't recall the detail, but the council removed a gate, which had been gifted in trust to the park, so the festival builders could allow access, or something. And that was illegal and that's what enabled Rylance et al to litigate.
    • How long is the Gala, and potential new event, disruption….this could be key from the article on the High Court challenge against Lambeth…   Under permitted development rules, a temporary change of use is allowed for a total of 28 days each calendar year, but the Brockwell Park festivals run over 37 days and were due to begin on 23 May.
    • Try the castle upstairs, you'd need to buy a few drinks in return.  @Suecan you advise?  It will be in use some Mondays no doubt
    • Yes, I was bemused to see that notice in Barry Road. It seemed a strange place to be having a drop off point.
