I wish this would stop. I am trying to save a deposit for small flat in ED and this bigging up of ED is only making it harder for me to buy!!! Please, please, please stop talking up ED - well at least until I have a place of my own :P

Nah - somewhere that's not full of twats is quite high up on the agenda too!

The main advantages of Dulwich Village are the huge amount of sports facilities-particularly outside spaces. Velodrome, Football, rugby, tennis and cricket. Gardens are generally bigger. It feels more open.
