My partner and I have just moved in to the area (upper norwood) and I am new to the boards.. I would be keen to come along to a monthly drink but obviously we dont know anyone..:-S And ashamedly I ask where is CPT?:-$ Is that the Castle that I see is causing the debate? I dont know the area that well so would be happy to go along to wherever is organised..

Please, Mr Admin, we don't want a vote on the venue of each Forum drinks - we want a glorious knockabout like we did this month.

How about for the next drinks nobody says anything about the venue. We just arrange a date and on that date we each go to whichever ED pub we feel like. The pub with the most forumites in it at 9:30 wins.

Strawbs, a good friend of mine had all 4 of hers done in one go a couple of years ago, and she was back to work the next day feeling fine, so fingers crossed you'll get lucky!
