60's soul, ska, havana cigars, turkish cypriot cuisine, my kids & family, the 70's bands Free & Steely Dan , Marvin Gaye & Sam Cooke ( voices of angels) the Arsenal, England in the summertime, my record collection, buying vinyl records, drinking beer, travelling, sharp shoes & clothes (bespoke when I'm flush) , the Small Faces, the kinks, the Who (god bless Keith Moon), Spike Milligan, Tommy Cooper, Les Dawson....... I'm sure I can think of more, but that'll do for now.

    • I'm not sure what to make of that, Sue  "the Lambeth Country Show will not take place in June 2026."   It's been going for over 50 years. Seems a shame to bin that one off in favour of the other four festivals.

    • That's certainly the narrative that runs ad infinitum on the Forum but I wonder how true it is. Speaking for myself I'm very happy M&S, Superdrug, Pret and, in the last century, Sainsbury's arrived and judging from the business they do I'm not alone.
