No idea... surprised it hasn't been taken after all this time, they're probably asking some extortionate rent. It doesn't bode well for the flats above it... who would want to buy a 350k property above an empty shop?

seanmlow, you (or whoever gave the that info) were obviously taken in by the GV15 marking brochure, showing a coffee shop in that space with a starbucks style logo. Wishful thinking on their part!

Are any flats actually occupied in this block? I keep seeing them both for sale or rent on Rightmove.

About 50% look occupied. If you get the train you can see straight into the lounges on the track side.
