That cafe has vastly improved from the guy who used to run it,

it was a sleaze hole and always looked as if the river Styx should have been diverted through it.

i too had this same problem so have never been back again but on a plus side they do the best bubble and squeek..

I've found this menu difficult to work out as well and I reckon they may have to revise it in the midst of the current economic crisis as many people will be looking to tighten their belts. Having said that the food is pretty good, though the tea is a bit weak. I suppose it's difficult to expect any cafe to be perfect.
