Spa Resorts

Can anyone recommend a good spa resort / Hotel near London (preferably Surrey or kent). I know some Hotels state they're a Spa Resort but when you get there it can be pretty measley so I just wondered if anyone could recommend a good place.

This place is amazing. It's near Reading, takes me an hour to get there if I leave early enough on a weekend morning...!

They're not a hotel but as you mention I alway find hotel spas a real let down. There is a hotel about 2 minutes away from the spa, can't remember the name but you drive past it just before turning in to Nirvana

Rowhill grange- very close usually a deal on groupon.

Not Surrey or Kent but.... I've just come back from the new Center Parcs at Woburn and the spa was amazing! I also had a 2 hour treatment which was fab. They have a hotel attached to the spa but not sure what the accommodation is like. It took us about 2 hours to get there.

Penny Hill Park, Surrey is really great.

And it has a really good restaurant.

Danesfield House hotel and spa, where the Clooneys just had their UK wedding party. It's amazing. Sell a body organ and stay overnight! Otherwise have a glass of good red wine in front of their roaring fire. I want to go back- can you tell?!

Thanks, really useful i was looking for a hotel/spa place aswell to go on a break. Just checked out some of these places they are great. :)
