Indeed my dear

Most things 'man related' are measured in Imperial .... when was the last time some young fella came up to you and said "I've got a 25.4cm willy" then ... it just doesn't sound right now does it

Well said LuvPeckham. We'll have none of that continental cross channel nonsense thank you very much.

Not impressed with the "Man" list at all.:X (especially as I scored "Nil Points") however where's the so=called "Men" now, eh?

Tucked up in their lil quilty-wiltys, the lily-livered, no-good idlers(6)

Where are they on a cold and frosty Winter's Morn at 6.11AM(?)

Men? Lambs more like..:-S

Still no sign of the "real" Men ? bet the're nice and cozy in their warm beds, lying under their cashmere blankets, no doubt.:-

Thought they might be checking the downspouts for blockages in their gutters while cleaning and clearing them at 6.45 AM:-S

Pampered ponces the lot of 'em...bit of National Service would do the trick I tell ya..

shosh= person who puts up shelves, changing car tyres, rewires plugs

tosh= person who "potters" around kitchen all weekend, baking, cooking, washing up

we are in extreme role reversal, apart from he works and i'm just a mum. which would really

work much better the other way as well it's just that he earns more than i did. typical.

    • To be fair, a pot of tea for one in a department store is a small pot, and you only get one cup or mug!
    • I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
    • Nope. I don’t have this wrong. I’ve tried to put my point across respectfully, without resorting to personal, angry insults. And all my colleagues agree that the BBC got this right in its condemnation.    All you see is confirmation bias.    If you don’t realise that, then you’re part of the problem.
    • We have always gone during the week at lunch time - great place and good value. Husband has been several times on his own and owner knows his first name. I could not go one time for some reason and she sent him home with some spring rolls (free)
