I always thought she was from Wandsworth? For the very same reasons Katie Hopkins (also in the house) dislikes her, I find her equally annoying. She has been supporting a fellow housemate called Perez Hilton (some sort of US columnist/blogger) who's been deeply disingenuous and annoying. Nadia dislikes Katie so much, and yet rarely confronts her to her face. But more than happy to have a rant behind her back. Really gets my back up.

Louisa.

Just remembered I met Nadia Sawalha at a book launch years ago and she seemed very nice and down to earth to me. Haven't seen the programme but I'm sure if I were confined in a house with Katie Hopkins I wouldn't bother confronting her either as she's so aggressive and always has to have the last word, so no chance of any genuine discussion.

Katie Hopkins from what I've seen says what she thinks to a persons face, whether you agree with that or not. Nadia Sawahla tells everyone she does that and get is consistently bitching about Hopkins behind her back on camera. If she has wanted to come across as some sort of loveable peace maker she's failed miserably, because I just see her as a nasty person who bitches about people but never to their face.

Louisa.

I agree with Louisa. I think she has let herself down badly in this programme. She wasn't prepared to give Katie Hopkins the benefit of the doubt, although others have and actually like her. She teamed up with the very bitchy Perez Hilton, an american that told others " She's the most hated woman in Britain" (Hopkins), well maybe us British should decide that.

At last night's eviction she was booed when her name was called out. I predict her to be the next one out and that her friendship with Perez Hilton will end at that moment.

We are talking about Nadia Sawahla, are we not? So, Nadia Sawahla's hair. If you want to be contrary camberwell70, I would suggest that are many things you could choose to argue. The hair(of Nadia Sawahla - for those that need clarity), can only be compared to a crazed lunatic from the 18th century. Her personality matches said hair.

Ooh, bitchy. The very curly hair is probably due to her North African heritage rather than her state of mind, no?

RPC, you are probably right, a bitch I may be(in this case). She (NS), incites rage in me. And the hair is just plain old, out of control frizzy hair. The sister (Julia) is clearly able to tame hers.... I rest.

Quite funny though... Big Brother.

I think she's aggressive. I think Perez is exceptionally annoying but he seems fairly harmless. She's gunning for him, saying nasty things behind his back and I don't like bullies. It looks like his aggressiveness towards her was in retaliation. This is the first episode I've seen so I don't really understand what he's done to deserve such hatred. Maybe I've missed something. It just seems she's spent the entire episode being quite nasty to him.

Phobic I suggest you have a glance back at this seasons earlier episodes. Perez Hilton forced one of the housemates to leave the house due to constant attention seeking and vulgar behaviour. Katie Hopkins was rather refrained from communication with him until this particular event occurred which forced out one of the lowliest people in the house. Perez has been back stabbing and manipulative throughout the show and is clearly on a mission to use his attention seeking to win the entire thing. Hopkins has not once back stabbed anyone, she's been consistently true to what she thinks about people including Nadia Sawahla to her face.

Louisa.

Ok - I'll take your word for it as I'm definitely not going to watch the episodes back! If he has acted in a way that forced someone to leave I guess it makes a bit more sense. That would explain why she's been so aggressive and nasty to him. Constantly bitching and saying horrible things behind his back, and to his face... I found it uncomfortable to watch. Almost as uncomfortable as him. He's really annoying!

    • There was an excellent discussion on Newscast last night between the BBC Political Editor, the director of the IFS and the director of More In Common - all highly intelligent people with no party political agenda and far more across their briefs than any minister I've seen in years. The consensus was that Labour are so unpopular and untrusted by the electorate already, as are the Conservatives, that breaking the manifesto pledge on income tax wouldn't drive their approval ratings any lower, so they should, and I quote, 'Roll The Dice', hope for the best and see where we are in a couple of years time. As a strategy, i don't know whether I find that quite worrying or just an honest appraisal of what most governments actually do in practice.
    • They are a third of the way through their term Earl. It's no good blaming other people anymore. They only have three years left to fix what is now their own mess. And its not just lies in the manifesto. There were lies at the last budget too, when they said that was it, they weren't coming back for more tax and more borrowing. They'd already blamed the increase in NIC taxes on what they claimed was a thorough investigation. They either knew everything then or they lied about that too .   They need to stop lying and start behaving. If they don't the next government won't be theirs, it will be led by Nigel Farage.  They have to turn it round rapidly. Blaming other people, telling lies and breaking promises isn't going to cut it any more.
    • Is it lame? Or is it Lamey? (sorry)
