Lowlander
From the website; "We are meticulous about the meat used in our dishes, only the best cuts from trusted local supplier"Who in ED sells Australian beef and Dutch veal? The latter of which is not terribly high in animal welfare... DulwichFox
You will always be able to charge more simply by printing the Menu In French or Italian. It's purely psychological that tricks the diner into thinking they are getting something a bit more exotic and worth paying a little extra for. Insulata Mista [verde] -- Mixed green salad. Most Indian menu items / words are not translatable directly into English. From Urdu murġ, from Persian murġ 'bird, fowl'.So a Chicken Murgh would be Chicken Bird Curry. Does not really make sense .Most curry lovers know what the terms mean.DulwichFox Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/57061-new-italian-restaurant-ollivelli/page/2/#findComment-841845 Share on other sites
