Making jokes about the dead is insensitive & disgusting. The post isn't even worth responding to.

Staff at Canning Town herding people along for the DLR. "Please move down the platform for Excel".

1. This is not a busy platform.

2. I'm not gong to an event at Excel, I am going to work like I do every day.

3. Don't f**king touch me when I have the fear!

People who pick up a newspaper to read on the train but then don't read any of it, instead turning the pages making as much noise as is possible with a paper and flapping their arms around next to me! Or am I just in a bad mood this morning!!
The parents at school Xmas shows who insist on holding their iphone/camera/iPad/laptop (FFS, who takes a bloody laptop to use as a camera anyway?!) above their heads throughout the entire thing meaning everyone sitting behind has to watch the show through that persons screen.

    • Well if it is being replaced by a Tesco, hopefully at least some of the Poundland staff might be employed by Tesco. If not, it would be nice if they got some sort of payoff. If the company is continuing, I don't know if they would be entitled to statutory redundancy payments, if such things still exist? .
    • Had to have similar done some years ago and went to Armstrong's in Forest Hill  (opposite the station)
    • Are you a home owner or renter? Are the upstairs neighbours owners or renters? If renting - may be a Housing Association tenant or council. The fact that you have support from ASBU can be in your favour especially if the upstairs tenant is council. Safer Neighbourhood Police Team often work closely with the ASBU and I have been  to SNT meetings where an officer from ASBU also attended.  We have been lucky as the vast majority of our neighbours have been very good. Only difficult one was a  mum with 2 young children who had a habit of throwing shoes/toys/bricks over the back fence. We had an elderly partially sighted relative living with us at the time and the kids made her their target. We had several words with the mother to very limited success. When other neighbours raised concerns, we found that social services were involved as the children were on the risk register.
